Ways to pay HOA and other fees

There are four payment options for The Woodland fees:

  1. Mail a paper check made payable to:

    The Woodland
    c/o RM Bradley Management Corporation
    225 Asylum Street, 15th Floor
    Hartford, CT 06103

  2. Deposit paper check made payable to “The Woodland” into the drop-box outside of the Management Office.

  3. Online bill payment through your bank with the payee and remittance address as shown above. (Please reference your unit number as the “account number” when setting up a bank bill-pay.)

  4. Online payment via GoZego.com (formerly PayLease.com) – Zego is a third-party online bill payment provider. Once you register your account, you can view your monthly fees and set up monthly payments via ACH withdrawal or Credit Card.

  • Register for a new account, or Log-into an existing account to make your payment.

  • Your Account Number can be found on your monthly statement in the “Unit” field.

  • Example: “WH-123-CU”. Please be sure to enter the whole combination, including the “WH”, hyphens, and “CU”.

  • If you have forgotten your password, or have difficulties logging into your Zego account, please contact their 24/7 Customer Service department at (866) 729-5327.
