Here at The Woodland, we do all we can to make the property appealing and enjoyable for our residents, and in turn, marketable to prospective buyers.  

Please follow this standard protocol governing realtors showing units. Following the protocol allows us to maintain services and security for our community.

Please consider using the photographs on this website as part of your real estate sales postings.

Sign in with security at the lobby front desk upon arrival. Realtors must sign in, identify the agency they represent, and identify the unit/s they will be showing.

For your convenience, call 860-278-2715 to schedule an appointment. Security will be at the desk to greet you. If you do not make an appointment, you may have to wait for the guard to return from scheduled rounds.  

Our front desk is a security station, not a concierge service. We cannot store anything for visitors at the front desk.

Parking for realtors and clients is located in the circular driveway in front of the building.

Open Houses

For the security of our residents, we recommend realtors bring a second professional who can greet clients and accompany them to the unit and back to the lobby. We do not allow open-house visitors to go directly to the unit. Again, this is for the security of our residents. If you don’t have a second agent with you, additional visitors will have to wait in the lobby for you (and your client) to return to accompany them.
